WLBR & Froggy Valley 100.1 News Director and “Talk of the Town” host Laura LeBeau began her broadcasting career on January 29, 1987 at WUSL/Power 99 FM in Philadelphia, PA. Like many in the radio industry, she followed a long and winding road throughout the country with stops along the way at radio stations in:
- Ocean City, Maryland
- Atlantic City, New Jersey
- Washington, DC
- Winchester, Virginia
- Oshkosh, Wisconsin
- Wilmington, North Carolina
In November, 2001 Laura came to Lebanon, Pennsylvania as a General Assignment Reporter and News Anchor for WLBR-AM and WQIC-FM (now WFVY-Froggy Valley100.1). Through the years, she added duties as a popular midday talk show host on WLBR-AM and morning news anchor for both the AM & FM stations.
Laura is a graduate of Temple University with a B.A. in Radio-Television-Film, Broadcast Journalism sequence. She also studied at the Universite de Paris – Sorbonne, has a minor in French Literature and Civilization and speaks fluent French.
Laura is married to her husband John and together they are raising their high school-aged daughter, Laurette and sassy Mini Poodle, Zoey.
